After staying determined to succeed, i was able to succesfully get 5 houses under contract this month, i am excited and never thought it would work for me. Im in long island,ny Siluffolk and Nassau county wholesaling.

My initial plan was to flip it, but due to the uncertainty of the market direction at the moment, I decided to keep it as a rental and refinance it to cash out my investment cash: 70K + 5K Fixed Costs + 25K Rehab = 100K 125K x .8 = 100K the #s makes this a solid BRRR deal.

September 15th is approaching and I am finally getting around to filing my 1065 for my partnership of house flipping.  

I have an end buyer that I want to flip it to.

Hey Everyone, I’m thinking about using a home equity line of credit or loan to finance a fix and flip.

We are seeking to purchase a home to fix and flip.

As it stands my knowledge is pretty basic, just what I've learned browsing the forums and gleaming through materials online, but I'm a quick study and want to really make an effort My specific areas of interest are wholesaling, buy and hold for rent purposes, and flipping once I become knowledgeable enough about the Philadelphia market. 

The main question that comes to mind is: If i would like to grow capital to keep investing, is flipping my best option when compared to rentals?

I'm working on a flip and the property has a garage.
