When I've encountered this problem, I have offered a temporary replacement like a box fan and a credit for the following month's rent or a gift card.

Anything relating to "zero coupon bonds related to real estate financing" is generally a scam.....thus the reason it doesn't make any sense to anyone with any knowledge of zero coupon bonds.  

If you help a scammer out, you will be promoting future scams by them.You should change the title of your thread to "UNLICENSED BROKER WANTS ME CLOSE FIRST"

Short story long, both "scream scam" (can you say that three time fast?).

.- Occupancy as you may have encountered underwriters frown upon moving down since the industry standard is that people tend to move up in housing.

If anyone tells you they will fund 100% purchase plus rehab....it is likely a scam.
