If they aren’t getting back to you during the sales phase, I doubt it will go well once they have some of your money

But I highly doubt that you would be getting OEM parts for this anymore.

I doubt any app is going to have access to data you can't get for free and I suspect it wouldn't be very useful half of the time. 

I'm also relatively new to my PM role so any feedback on how this could have been handled better in the future and how to proceed with this situation would be beyond helpful.So I have a family at one of the properties we manage for another owner that is convinced without a doubt that mold is present in the home and we are ignoring their safety concerns.

You get all these self doubts going.. 

I doubt I would have 20% equity into the property after 1 year which is what you normally need to get a rental property mortgage here in Canada.

I have no doubts that some of these section 8 tenants have caused trouble and your displeasure is warranted.

My point is I doubt her mother would want an eviction filed against her, I need to ask if her mother owns her own home or rents it.

It may be expensive, but not doubt you'd be able to make that back on a refinance.
