What they didnt know (and still dont know is that my wife and I were always looking for a replacement property manager or considering doing it ourselves.Then comes a tenant whose dogs bit a contractor... the property manager immediately went to evict the tenant (they got my permission as this was the suggestion from the property manager...I havent been in this situation before)After the tenant received a letter stating he had to get rid of the dog or get out of the house, he hired an attorney...he wasnt sure what the next step was (he has never been in this situation before).

I have a couple bird dogs sending me addresses for vacant/run down properties and after I looked up the owner names on public records I got stumped by the truepeoplesearch, spokeo, etc.

AND we told them it was okay to keep their cat, even though we were only allowing dogs (cat allergies), so I feel like this is pushing it.If we take chances with a stranger, there is no guarantee that they won't just smoke away from the unit and we won't know if they'll take care of the unit as well as our friends.I say no; husband doesn't care, but will back up whatever I decide.

It works for us because we didn't want to store things or bring them here,  they care for the ancient dog, we have a home base when we visit the U.S., etc.
