You’ll need more depending on how in depth your existing ones are.

I don't mind by any means paying a higher commission split if I am receiving a high quality and in depth training experience.

That said I only explain it to the depth that my buyers/sellers want.

To sum this up, I currently do not wish to go into depth for my college degree unless It's highly needed.
