I hired a company (Company B) that was recommended by my real estate agent; however, the data points don't seem to be pointing in the right direction and I could really use some advice. 

You can also use these data fields and build a spreadsheet that allows you to plug-and-play numbers and optimize your process.Go out there and get it!

This tends to be the easiest entry point into real estate for most people who don't have much saved up (and don't underestimate it's power!).
