I'm with KW in the DFW area I'm taking the BOLD training through KW and I have to get two listings by the end of May any feedback would help.I'm curious as to how I can win over my customers to trust me to list their home for themThanks in advance.

For utility customer service reps, it is not their first rodeo working with REIs, lol.Edited to add:  But be careful with water and/or sewerage accounts. 

From looking at my customer activity, I would say flipping never left though.

I really like that I can customize buyers' preferences in regards to target areas, price range, and types of properties.

Regardless of whether it is in your lease on not the likely hood is that your tenant does not have approval from the municipality.

That depends on your customer knowing your actual mission.
