I have tried to ask customer service and I keep getting copy and paste answers vs someone just explaining the steps on how my LLC will show that it is conducting business.I am aware that hard money is expensive, but it should still be able to do its job, which is to help my company and I make profits.Any and all help would be greatly appreciated as I paid quite a bit of money and I hope that it doesn't end up that I fell for a scam.Thank you, Erin

I have 3+ years experience in administrative duties and customer service.

I am convinced that this is deliberate action by Sherman Bridge to earn the $1,500 monthly interest as long as they can procrastinate and put my refinance off; and now having read other posts in this forum and learning that it's the normal way they do business with so many other customers I can see that they sell this hard money to permanent financing loan combination as a dangling carrot really since it's oh so clear Sherman Bridge never intended to process the refinance in a timely manner to begin with.

The realness of the people, the pictures of before/after, and the numbers speak for themselves.Also, the BP calculators are super impressive.

Obviously you could argue that a little more that would come back to you via taxes (~1-1.2k in most tax situations) but for sake of explanation I’m just trying to show that it shouldn’t be a fixed 2% that you plug into your calculations…Another reason I look at the 2% rule and chuckle a little is that while it may work in certain locations where the cost of ownership is low and maintenance is a much bigger percentage of the yearly picture it doesn’t hold up well under many areas.
