Rentometer.com hit the crap because they're requiring you have membership to make more than 10 rent rates...It used to be a free platform and now they converted to a subscription that I'm not willing to pay- anybody know any other sites that portray somewhat accuracy such as rentometer?

They left all of their crap they didn't want and hadn't cleaned the apartment in the 8 months they lived there.

(as an aside, tech is the only other candidate I see has having driven growth, but I think that's crap.

It's often a bunch of crap especially from a house in 1948.Usually they slap carpet and paint and replace a few fixtures which is worthless.

A dump in a great area and the owner doesn't seem to give a crap about it and only does bare minimums.It reminds of the house I just bought.

Your county or city codes may or may not exempt your personal property (usually not, btw) but they are absolutely binding.The "it's my property Constitutional argument" is crap.

All of them Demo'd this one took the cake though 150X 150 lot.. going to bust into two lots.Just tallied up my dumpter receipts and other costs.. a little over 60k  including demo house and asbestos remediation .But what floored me was the weight in the dumpsters and this after we had scrappers and metal pickers on site for about 3 to 4 months as we would clear out one level of crap..

I let renters get away with too much crap.
