I need ideas for curb appeal!

You also need to know what is the required parking per unit, required set backs, are curb/gutter/sidewalks required and if so, what is the width, etc, what is requuired for driveways, do you need enough for a turnaround for emergency vehicles, how much in the way of landscaping areas, are there any easements that affect the property, and any other local building regulations that affect the density allowed.

My lender recommended that to boost FICO scores. 

And getting the other lot for a deal could work out if i build on it sometime in the future. it is a lot to deal with for the first property but with the low supply i am really looking at the potential for the place. with reno and especially complete lawn reno, it will increase curb appeal majorly. beautiful house thats basically hidden in a forest. theres a tree reaching over the house that maybe ruining the roof, definitely needs cut asap. for reference the other homes in the area are no less than 600k. 615k-1 mill range, most of them have been renovated though so its difficult to compare.

Sale price: $1,970,000 Ginormous fully remodeled in desirable View Ridge. 5,070 SF home situated on a spacious 6,930 SF lot with city views, stately curb appeal, and a spacious patio and fully fenced backyard. 6 bedrooms / 4.25 bathrooms.

Does a home in the snow present itself or have the same curb appeal not likely.

This would be 25 feet  wide road with curbs.  

To boost energy efficiency efforts within the units regardless of who’s paying the bill, some programs will incentivize “in-unit” upgrades almost 100% in order to address in-unit consumption as well as total building consumption.It would be great if owners and investors could see past the low hanging fruit; low-flow aerators, and CFLs and see the additional benefits of “greening” their buildings on a larger scale.
