I was asking other experienced multi family owners, what they use their superintendents [in a case they only take care of a small 3-15 unit buildings, and there is not much to do on a day to day basis (and obviously they have a different regular day job)And what is the price they pay for it.If you're experienced you'll know that every building can be different  for a lot of reasons, for instance when no body in that area wants to do it for the price you wanna pay etc.

Curious to know how closely the numbers it produced for purchased matched the reality (closing price).

Any of the following are signs of a war area.Constant sirens and helicopters.Gun fire at night.Shoes thrown over powerlines, indicates drug sales nearby.Seemingly able bodied working age people just hanging out during the day.Large number of liquor stores and check cashing stores.

I would recommend staying away from the big box or DIY sprayers (plastic body housings) as they are not meant to be used professionally and often cannot be repaired.

While doing market research you can narrow down your specific criteria on what type of, in what area, producing what type of return for you.Start networking with those in the market you are targeting and get a feel of who can help you out.
