For example, my bathroom demo and rehab, I see the end result in my mind, but I get hung up in little things in the process like hindsight, analysis paralysis, and reluctance to install something in the wrong order only to see myself having to redo it later and ballooning my budget out of control.

The property all the way to the left on that page should be the subject and then the comps to the right have a + or - amount and they tell you what for, i.e. condition, location, extra bathroom or bedroom, fireplace, etc. etc.

My husband can tell this is not the first time this has occurred, and finds out from talking to them that this has been happening since April (my last 6 mo inspection was March), that they have found water on the bathroom floor since its seeping under the wall where the drain is; but it’s never gotten this bad before.

I have new (1 month in) renters and they complain non-stop via text messages all hours of the day and weekends, about “strong marijuana and cigarette smoke”, coming from the bathrooms, kitchen sink and oven.
