I want to my a pre-auction offer on a property, seller's agent says I can make cash only offer even though Homesearch says cash only. 

The profits i make from that combined with my current assets, build up enough cash to be able to go to auctions  and buy properties for cash or partner.  

I am trying to find properties that are tax delinquent before they hit the auction list.Thank you.

Track which properties from step 2 have been recently sold at an auction saleI know it might differ from municipality to municipality, but what office might I go to to find this type of information?

What have your experience been with online sites like auctions.com and others vs going to the site of the auctions?  

I have my eye on an occupied bank-owned property on an auction site that was originally foreclosed on this past October.

Negotiate "Contract Candy" at the time you are making the offer.Offer the property for all cash in "as is" condition, consider the auction method of marketing.
