The assessor and building department make a determination based on the project scope.When you call for final inspection, you may be able to make an appointment with the assessor at that time. 

And than you run a sales appointment and the home owners are going on and on with an architectural digest out how they want this elaborate $220k kitchen reno and than say there budget is $35k, can you make it happen, you NEED to make it happen, because they can't settle for anything less than Brazillian Walnut cabinets and Italian Marble c-tops....     

As far as the owner not showing up for the appointment....just be persistent. 

She has her private therapist office there and only works there m-F when she had appointments with clients.

I have requested an appointment to see it.

If you call me, and I'm out showing home or in appointments, I may not even be back at my computer for a few hours.  

Long story short, this guy misses our appointment. 

Hi everyone- in case anyone is looking to get into STR in the region and needs a good realtor, I wanted to give a shout out to @Chase Hoover who helped me land a 6BR in Massanutten that had 20 appointments for showings within 24 hours of listing.

If I had a dollar for every time a contractor has bailed on an appointment or job...I've done almost all the work on one property myself and saved myself tens of thousands of dollars but if I continue to buy then I legally can't work on the next one unless I live in it.
