Well, as far as goals are concerned I have to sit down and really think about that, in terms of a monthly amount I would like to have.I am thinking I would like to find a rental to start with, as it seems doable.

I asked if they see any black growth on the spot where the leak happened, or any odor in the room, but they said both those things are not present.They are saying they are concerned and not very happy right now, and are hiring a mold inspector on their own to see if there is mold growth that happened due to the roof leak.

I'm definitely not concerned with giving them quality service since this will be my primary market, I was more concerned that the relocation company would have the final say of who they could use as an agent.
