Also for all those people who say they can't get cash flow on the WEst coast did you see what the number one rental rate increase market in the entire US was.Well won't leave you hanging   PDX and the Couv.. up 15%  that's right .Plus you actually get your rent here.. and you don't have to deal with HUD to get rent etc etc.
