This area example below does not look flat to me.So one area has had a good run over 30 years of money printing and reduction of interest rates and is now arguably the most overvalued real estate market in the US.So the theory is, that area is more likely to appreciate even more than others, based on that?

So I took a look at zip 78750 where she bought a new home for $700K....I can't help to noticed that MOST of the listing in that zip have gone thru 1 price reduction, some have like 5 reductions....What is going on?

The goal should be a substantial reduction in housing cost.If you are getting into unit where you have some opportunity to reduce your monthly housing cost and gain some real estate appreciation and tax breaks, if the situation is right, why not dive in.

We are going to price out replacing windows vs. how much time would be needed to restore them and weight the values of those to make a decision on the windows, but I believe we are leaning towards replacing on that front, as the highest selling properties have all replaced.

Income earned by an Investment corporation is deemed to be passive income by the CRA and is taxed at the full corporate income tax rate (no CCPC small business reductions/offsets), so the spread in rate to the upper personal income tax bracket is considerably less.
