Astute observation Anthony one only needs to look at rural CA OR WA logging and fishing towns.. to see areas that have been in steady decline for decades.. they have not dried up completely but not a lot going on and 20 to 40% unemployment..

The contractor also has a brother that worked for him, who is a very nice guy and I don't believe would intentionally leave someone hanging, but I've gotten the same responses from him (the work will be completed), but no progress has been made.What are my options, legally?
