I think this is a bit of a knee jerk reaction to various events that have hit the news across the country.

Specific news has been scarce, nothing by generalities coming out of Cal Fire and other local agencies. 

Good news as I would want a long-term tenant. 

With that said, most of them are looking to quickly sell their next house while the minority look to build long-term relationships.The good news is you're a BP member and you're getting active on the forums!

Once again thank you for the great advise everyone has shared in this post - very much appreciated.The good news is that, over the weekend, my business partner and I were able to secure a lease agreement signed for a young couple. 

Even more exciting news,I just found out a week ago my wife is pregnant with our first child and there is no greater motivation for financial freedom than wanting to not be tide down to a full time job so I can watch my child grow.
