In a small building people seem to talk quite a bit, for better or worse.  

However, the time it took to take care of all the small things we didn't consider, really added up (turning utilities on/off, time in transit going to the property, finding a truck to borrow when we needed one).

But we do not want to take even a small possible chance that we may violate DSCR covenants by any amount, no matter how small.

I own a tattoo business in Knoxville TN, and my landlord just offered to sell me the building and the small 2bd 1ba rental house next door to the tattoo studio.

As we all know Cannabis became legal in Canada few weeks ago and tenants are allowed to have a small grow up (up to 5 plants if I am not mistaken) How are you handling it to make sure things don’t get out of control without crossing the line? 

Brought my brother in law on as a small partner so I wouldn't have so much capital tied up in the deal.
