If the market works out and turns out great all is good, if the market turns down oh well my wife kids and I vacation their regularly anyway as we enjoy the area and have old friends that move to Fort Myers.

That's a little outside of our property management range, but we are south of Fort Meyers in Bonita Springs.  

Clarksville (Fort Campbell nearby), Murfreesboro (Middle Tennessee State University in the city), commuter cities to Nashville, etc.

What about Fort Valley, Byron, and Perry?

My focus area for cash flow is Grayson County, and if you want to stick closer to DFW, I'd focus more on Tarrant County, in the Fort Worth area.  

Any realtors or STR investors in the Fort Lauderdale area that is willing to help?  

Many people like SW Florida including Marco Island, Naples, Fort Myers, Fort Myers beach, Cape Coral, etc.

Curious if there are any meet ups in the Northern Kentucky (Covington, Florence, Burlington, Fort Thomas) area?
