They're in no rush so it takes consistent mail outs until they decide to call.May want to try including older widows.

But with a strategic plan, consistent marketing and networking...it is possible to find them. 

It's been a while since I've posted, but I just had a quick question for wholesalers.Do you use a consistent team -- people you keep on payroll, or maybe people who you can contact for help for a fee, or maybe a combination of both?

Consistency and doing it over and over and over again, will yield results, it is a numbers game.  

The more experience I get, the more I'm starting to get consistent business.

This area is close to the sports stadium and consist of working class Philadelphians. 

On the other hand another house that I was having a property manager run consistently let the tenants be late....the lateness led to partial payments, payment shortages, and finally no payments.  

I have 2 major problems with the rule. 1) Rent/Cost is not a consistent measure of cash flow throughout all prices.

That way it becomes consistent with my other tenants, with the same rights etc. etc.

I must of been good at what I did because I've received recognition for consistently achieving investors objectives and meeting NOI every month. etc...
