I attended the Than Merrill FREE seminar a few weeks ago and this weekend (Labor day) I am attending the 3 day class.

I am looking at doing wholesaling and some investing and after my training that I have Labor Day weekend and hopefully I have more clarity on the direction as to getting started.

I gave my tenants 30 day notices per the lease and got after it - over the next 5 weekends I worked to get the house, including the landscape, in full rental shape.

This weekend i just got my first flip under contract to buy.

My partner and I are based in San Francisco and are coming to Birmingham for Labor day weekend to get to know the city and look to build a team there. 

They are typically weekend warriors.No amount of positive thinking is going to save you when math is working against you.  

My next tenants moved in after 4th of July weekend. 

I don't know what your regular work hours are, but you might limit your options if you are only available to show houses or put in offers on evenings and weekends (assuming your current job is M-F 9-530).
