Make sure whoever you choose has redundancy built in to avoid leaving you stranded with a dirty unit, broken faucet etc right before guests are scheduled to check in.

I actually didn't want to choose the eviction option, because I'm not sure how long I'll need to wait until the court gives us a date AND eviction by itself can be costly.

I rehab a lot of old houses and the material cost alone on a job like that can run 5K before labor.Overhead is always a factor when choosing a contractor but it doesn’t usually equate to s 400% increase in pricing.
