What are your thoughts on many of the new laws?

With so may need laws being passed that seem to vilify landlords, do you think it’s even still worth getting into RE?

Replied

Legislation will always be proposed. Some legislation may be favorable to landlords. Others may be more favorable to tenants. I think the question is more of a personal decision and whether or not someone has the time, energy, and resources available to setup a business, learn the inner-workings of the industry, and constantly reevaluate how you can improve.
