If you are looking for a consistent performing STR assets then I would highly recommend Fort Morgan, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Perdido Key area along the AL/FL coastI have helped many recent investors find turnkeys properties as well as vacant lots for them to build STR new construction homes on.

If you're expecting a refund after your tax return is corrected, then I recommend that you let the Oct 15 deadline pass without filing this return and engage someone after the deadline to review your taxes.

I'd recommend making that 75k grow by buying some debt, getting yield and if you haven't already eliminated personal debt.
