Some cities/counties my have a mandatory landlord meeting, would check in your local area housing authority to understand your local laws and guidelines.Then you need to either find/advertise a resident that has a voucher for your city/county.

I'd suggest that if you've lived in the house for 3 years with no problems there "ain't" going to be an issue unless you happen to be interested in renting through the Section 8 program and they have specific requirements (you can always contact your local housing authority if you wish to torture yourself by venturing into this program).Your future tenants should have no problem getting renters insurance.Gail
