The article didn't it say AirBnB didn't compensate the host. 

I joined BP pro this week after watching a webinar hosted by Brandon.As for my real estate background, I own a townhouse that I live in here in Seattle but have no other background in real estate (hoping to change that on BP).

They have more than 800 open cases against STR hosts who are either operating without licenses or failing to remit taxes. 

I don't know those two names, but if they are at all interested in real estate I'd love to meet with them. i'm going to be hosting one BP meetup a month in 2018.
