Hello everyone, my name is Damon Glenn i am new to the industry, i live in Colfax California, i have 5 kids and my loving partner who makes all of this possible, i hold a full time job roughly 80hr weeks and bring in roughly $140,000 net annually and am currently studying for the California real estate exam, not interested in being an actual agent just investing in myself for future deals, my game plan is buy and hold multi family and single family for either long term or short term rentals. id like eventually have some 100-130 units, i am an ambitious and obviously money driven individual that cant last in my current industry i am nearly 40 and my current job eats all of my family time and beats the crap out of my body, so here's my question for all of the masters of information here, what is the best advice one would give for succeeding in this industry when starting out holding a w2 job,
