Then a couple weeks later (today) I saw the news on Rob's IG.It's sad, I'm sure BP thinks it will dip a little bit and then come back like it probably does with I'm sure all of the few host changes they've had.

Then pay it back asap with cash flow and repeat.

If it's not healthy, then it's probably not a good rental in the first place and you should probably sell it and get something that's a better rental (if you can't improve the numbers). 

If you are buying land to sell immediately for a fair profit then how much of the HOA fees & rules apply to your property flip?

@Luis Hinestrosa- thanks ....contact your colleagues / friends for lender referals and then contact them with your scenario and questions and then make a decsion ....if a lender knows they have been referred - there is a tendency for them to provide above average  pricing and service 

Only then will we see the rapid decline in the housing market.  

Right now only about 1-2% of my revenue comes from GVR.I can imagine GVR becoming pay-to-play and you having to spend money to gain traffic from it at some point, but if you are working with a PMS that offers that integration for free (shameless plug of Hospitable.com 😉 full disclosure, I work there) then right now any traffic or bookings you do get are a great bonus!
