But you could look into the surrounding municipalities as well.

Imagine a 6200 seat amphitheater surrounded by Yamashiro's only location outside of Hollywood, Sugar Factory, Poppy Rose and host of other restaurant's. 

It is a pretty small suburb surrounded by many other suburbs that are also good for rent properties, so I'm curious what made you interested in that community?

I would also recommend any investor, but particularly those with larger portfolios, to have written policies surrounding all aspects of their rental processes.

If you’re open to properties in the surrounding area, greater Boulder County or north Denver metro, there will be a lot more options.

It does seem like people around here tend to have long commutes.. even when their work is surrounded by miles of the exact same sort of neighborhood they're coming from. 

I think just surrounding yourself with influential people and education as a whole can motivate someone to reach their full potential.
