Cleveland is what I focus in, it's great market to focus on for cash flow and specific pockets have gone upwards of 2-4x in the last 5-10 years.

Specifically, there's job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide, etc) and the population is growing (unlike Cleveland or Cincy).

If you can make your deals work now they will be killer deals later.Is there a specific area of Chicago you are looking for these 1% deals?

Plenty of restrictions....Arlington only allows in a specific area. 

There are specific cities/areas that seem more promising than others (such as Orlando, Jacksonville in FL, and Midland/Odessa, College Station in TX) but I'm finding it hard to pick one market to then resume my search for the right neighborhood and specific property.

You can argue about some of the specific numbers in the assumptions, but the bottom line is, there is no "free lunch" when it comes to paying tax. 

I became interested in wholesaling, specifically, helping wholesalers in a unique way.

Cradock specifically has always been eclectic, but never did I feel unsafe during the day until the last two years.  

Don't worry about what the contractor thinks or says, you have to make your own decision and they don't know your business and all the specifics you have to consider.
