Good morning everyone,(My first ever post on BiggerPockets)I've just gotten a property under contract in Irvington NJ, and I'm searching for a title company that will not look at me as a scam artist whenever I ask them for my needs.Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciative!

@Seallington TouchI don't think the location of the CPA matters provided that they have a solid background in Real Estate and software/tools to support you remotely.Finding a Real Estate CPA is simple.

I just listened to managing rental properties and there are a few suggestions to use www.biggerpockets.com/ bookbonus to get forms but every time I try the website nothing downloads.

Open to any recommendations and suggestions.
