Plenty of people all over the US rent to groups of guys that live together prior to them settling down and purchasing a house in their desired future place.

Often builders will use the worst lot or one of the worst for a model so you will may be buying a tricked out model at top dollar in a less than desirable location.

That said there is a very little competition in this area and I wouldn’t recommend it for wholesaling. 43612 and 43613 you are going to be in the rat race of competition since the market is hot and this area is desirable. 

You didn’t just do it for your gain, you did it intentionally to make the place less desirable.
