Any good bobcat operator could easily remove that severely cracked up driveway with minimal root destruction .

If that's not an option, call around to several real estate brokers and see if they can recommend someone that specializes in real estate.

i own a few around there and manage several more. 

Until the dumpster arrived I told them to pile it in the back yard (p.s this won’t make your city happy, but if you’re nice to them, they will play nice back) I filled up the 40 cubic yard dumpster easily and kept the smaller dumpster and have had that emptied several times.

My biggest concern is that he said the tenant is on a month to month lease, (and he has not been exactly truthful on several statements) and the tenant says she is on a 1yr lease and wants to stay. 

Additionally I will be out of the country for several weeks in August.

I went by and noticed several cracks in the foundation.

Fortunately, we are continuous renovators, and we have several pieces of property that we have been able to purchase and rent with excellent returns.  

I want to pre-discuss with the ticketing service to call me immediately depending on the severity of the problem.Are there services that will do the above services ?
