I will expect some more rips offs and there is no let up btw for him, probably shielded with what he thinks is a series of LLCs.

It seems to make the most sense to me that the QOF would be a Series LLC if there will be multiple properties and multiple owners.

Just like your oversea trips you can spend your money setting a series of blind ownerships or you can invest to make money. 

I believe the Delaware Series LLC structure is something that you may want to look into.

From my understanding, the series LLC is a Utah product and is great for in State investors, but I'd be wary of holding out of state properties in a series LLC.
