I've got family in Jax and Tampa so those are my markets for out-of-state investing, and since 'cashflow is king' here, I'm thinking Jax's underdog reputation should help me avoid the recent price hikes.

Hello.I found bigger pockets through a web search on owner financing and then I heard an endorsement on A pidcast.

We have a lot of very nice & reputable local brokers & lawyers but I have no clue who has experience with working with wannabe multi-family (2 - 4 units) landlords like myself. 

It's no problem at all, don't mind doing that, worried I can't sell it even though I'm using a good reputable company (anyone's thoughts on that?)

In real Estate relationships and reputation matter's more than get one or two deals done.
