Foundation problem, asking for lower price after contract????
so basicly i haven't closed on a property yet, i have everything else ready to go as far as fixing and selling it. i have an alright profit, not a lot at all, just waiting on the other side to do their thing and close. And i just discovered foundation issues. It's no problem at all, don't mind doing that, worried I can't sell it even though I'm using a good reputable company (anyone's thoughts on that?)
If I go though as it stands I will be lucky to make a hundred bucks. How do I approach the seller so I can still make a decent profit at this point? He knows I am flipping the property and I like to go though with the transaction on good terms so we can perhaps work again together in the future.
