Can anyone direct me to a reputable attorney in the San Antonio or Austin areas that can help me understand more about the Self Directed IRA's and establishing one?

I've seen a lot of larger companies bring their regional offices into Spartanburg and large manufacturers in surrounding areas.Again, I'm not investing directly downtown nor the nicer suburbs outside of Spartanburg, but a strategy of buying low and getting cashflow seems to be the play. 

@Leela Weiss I think you may have answered your own question...there are reputable turnkey businesses everywhere...it's all relative.

Also, are there other sites like this out there that specialized in commercial or multifamily properties that are reputable?

Does anyone have any experience with this type of work as well as any recommendations for a good, reputable company I can contact.

They have a reputation to uphold and need to ensure they put the right amount of time and effort to it, which is fair.
