It just doesn't come with a guarantee of regular paycheck.

Regarding the bank, is adding an LLC to a loan an issue, or is this something they do regularly and assume that since it will be a commercial real estate loan, there will be an LLC?

I’m a regular job hopper and have held 4 jobs since then.

We work with about 4-5 different attorneys regularly depending on what we want to have done. 

I’ve been following Multi family properties in Wilmington pretty regularly.

This property was listed in regular MLS so we got lucky to found it first and made offer quickly.

They are aware that I have a regular job and am just a guy renting a house I own.  

Would love to hear from people who invest in one of these markets regularly and/or recently about why they would choose that market over the other two I listed.Would also love to connect with any investors who would be willing to share actual numbers from a recent deal.
