Is Wilmington really the only place to look? Anyone in the local area know of any good areas to invest in large (5+ units) MFH?

As an agent in the areas, there is a decent amount of MF in the areas. We are still short housing for 200-300 families in just Carteret and Craven Counties. Housing is being built but all of the apartments and long term housing are full. We are just now seeing the apartment complexes show 1-4 vacancies a month.
