I'm wondering should I use a private money lender to pay off my mortgage so I 100% own the house, begin the renovations, rent it to tenants at approximately $1950 / month, then refinance my house?

I'm going to send you a private message, because a moderator recently scolded me for discussing too candidly what I'm doing in the Syracuse market.

We do that here in Dallas, we use private money to close on our wholesale deals and the we list on the MLS.

How do you get the phone number for privately held companies...LLC's, etc...I have the name and address...any tricks to finding the phone number?

Yet that street looks a bit shoddy and the house layout is just odd, can't seem to identify the property lines either.I'd like to keep the address private for now but will definitely post it once its over.

I use private money, rehab the building (force appreciation), refinance and try to get my money back out.
