I don't have any direct experience with real estate investing but I've been inspired by the amount of internet research I've done, talking to a few friends, and my readings (i.e How to Invest in Real Estate, Rich Dad Poor Dad, 12 week year, etc.).I'm interested in initially just buying a house and renting it out to a few people, and then eventually getting into BRRRR sometime afterwords.Would love to connect with anyone out here!

Sometimes, you can move them slightly if the income approach is much higher, but your best bet to move an appraisal is meeting the appraiser while they are performing the appraisal and talking up how great the asset is, the improvements, the shortcomings of other comps, etc.

Them selling isn't as easy as collecting a check and deep down they want to have the piece of mind that whoever buys isn't going to treat the house poorly or anger the neighbors.
