I am extremely motivated to learn and assist anyone in the petersburg VA / Richmond VA area with wholesaling. I am just starting out but will put in the effort and time if it means I gain some knowledge towards building my own wealth. @Tom Hacku Thank you very much for the information, I will look through your posts and see which ones i can and should attend. Thankfully the more i read about real estate the more interested I get. I will continue to practice running numbers. Hopefully one of these days I will see you at a meetup and we can have a conversation if you are up for it.
