Communicating a buyer to your attorney is probably the issue.As to the use of any Trust, that is simply a convoluted ploy pertaining to the due on sale, there is no liability protection really with a Revocable Trust, and, it wouldn't be for you to place in Trust but your seller to place it in Trust prior to a sale if staying under the radar was the goal.

Amongst other things, your management company should be responsible for: Liaising with your tenant Ensuring they pay on time Organizing any repairs necessary Communicating with you on a regular basis Paying you the balance of your rent Providing monthly statements Placing new tenants.A professional who manages your portfolio and your tenants well over a number of years is worth his or her weight in gold.

If I understand correctly, you're simply not getting positive communication from the buyer.  

Just remember, you are in the people business, so communicating is a must.
