As Texas has had to pay Elon Musk to Open a Tesla Giga Factory in Texas over $1.1 billion in waived property Taxes many Engineers will move Modernizing Texas's economy.

It's what we strive for and perhaps even more than that it is why we strive for those things that can cause the maladies among us.A simpler time would simplify the task at hand, but even among the constant skerfuffling of our modern age we can and must dig deep and find the WHY that propels us forward, even beyond our generation. 

Just because others are willing to buy it sight unseen, doesn't mean it is a good idea.With modern technology, distance doesn’t mean much anymore. 

From the front house, one can see the ocean and it is a 2 minute walk to the ocean from the property.We put in a good amount remodeling/updating both dwellings as well as decorating/furnishing to get modernized/rent ready. 

With technology advances even in the last 10 years, being a landlord (if  you utilize basic modern technology ) is even easier.  

OK i'm a bit late to the party but 2 vehicles :       first and primary vehicle is 2004 scion xB  (little boxy toyota wagon)  I like it because its the biggest small car out there from the modern era.   

Set for Life is my quicker, more modern replacement for YMoYL that I send to people now but it certainly didn't have as much of an impact on me personally.

Like the title says, I’m planning on building a small, modern home in JT for a short term rental/vacation home for my family.

Some of the references are dated, but again, the principles translate to modern times really well.  

I think that stainless is a good buy considering its only about 50$ more compared to white or black in most stores.Gives your place a more modern look for real cheap!
