@Craig Schneider You're going to be spending a lot of time on whichever platform you choose and a ton of your business will be linked to it - it's a big decision.I strongly encourage you to try out as many free trials or free versions as possible.

At a high level though it seems that the strategy that worked best before the pandemic is the one that you must use during the pandemic and that is to build an educational platform to gather people.

I'm admittedly not very familiar with the monthly "medium term" rental market here in Denver, are there certain platforms that you use to find tenants?

Hopefully I can find that person on this great platform!

Also, Craigslist is still a good platform.
