Is the new applicant filling out a credit app and going through your process?

I think it is best if you are going to be "Big Data Mining" to use the same apps that large businesses use (Sure use SQLExpress it's free but the queries can transfer).

When people call this number, the caller ID shows as my business number and not my mobile number.

Everyone uses the same basic ingredients (phone screen, app, references, background, credit, etc. etc) but people focus or tailor them slightly to their needs, market, and preferences. 

I still do the same calculations but with in an app in Podio.  

The only extra thing I pay for when I run  applications $15 per app is not bad when considering I am pulling rent bureau information as well as full credit, criminal, and tenant performance.

It being a mobile home might also having something to do with it.
