As long as you maintain 100 percent ownership by disregarded entities all the way up the chain it's all transparent / disregarded for Federal income tax purposes.

Studies I have read indicate the same (I posted some info on this earlier in the thread).So, my personal belief is that all guns (with MAYBE the exception of law enforcement) should be banned in public.I'm sure this is where lots of people will disagree, but maybe many of use can still be in agreement of #1-6 above, which is probably a pretty good start in terms of coming to a compromise on where we should end up on this issue.Thoughts are welcome...we in the logical chain above do people disagree with me?

You absolutely can close without title however without title your buyer wont have an easy time of obtaining future title insurance as there will be a break in the chain of insurance.

I never found any dogs but one person told me they found a dog chained in the yard and another told me that they found a live dog locked in the house.
