A lot of the guests I interview work backwards from this and create the life they want.I know people who've done quite well with single family homes, and also people who've done well in multifamily.

I never rent to anyone without a personal interview, usually two interviews.

You should interview a couple and see who you feel most connected with.Your profile suggests that you are a real estate agent.

However, the more stringent and methodical you are with screening & interviewing applicants they better chance you have of avoiding the bad ones.

If you aren't in love with your realtor and they haven't been very helpful I would highly suggest moving on and interviewing a few more.
